So a little question

In my last game my Jungler received a kill from a gank, then started to tax the lane, I told him/her to only tax the lane if you do not receive the kill, immediately he/she started to "BM" me. After we won and was sent to post-game lobby, that said person was then going over the top calling me a "f**got". I reported this person, but was wondering if post-lobby chats affect the report. If not, then I falsely reported under an option for hate speech.
