Event Minions & Announcers.

Please make them permanent toggle. (having the option to turn them off, but having all event announcers (Gangplank & Ahri, etc.) and the minions able to keep them on forever/whenever you want them on.) I would love to be able to keep them on forever but they only last about a week at most (or however long said event is).
