Cassiopeia can use her ultimate while suppressed by Warwick ultimate?
I was playing WW in ARURF and everytime i ultied cassiopeia she would use her ultimate and stop mine.

no she probably had fast reflexes and ulted before you landed
Cassiopeia's Ultimate has a long cast-time, and if you land your Ultimate when she uses hers, she will still cast it.
Warwick's ult does have some travel time and her ult has a cast time, she probably used her ult as you were in mid-air and it went off after you'd suppressed her. I actually did this to old Warwick once on Cho'gath, where I cast my silence right as he was about to ult me so he jumped on me and got silenced. The interaction seems strange but there's no bug here.
