Gameplay Feedback.

I've decided to give feedback so I can watch everyone who loves how broken things are can downvote it.

To start, spells like 's Tibbers, probably other spells like it (I'll test and update this over-time) do not cast at maximum distance when your cursor is not in spell range, which I find very stupid when I spam that R button and nothing happens until after I'm already dead.

's Passive's base damage is very high for early levels, I was against a top as and at level 2 his W + Q + autoattack combo did almost all of my health, as I was at full health when he went into deal some damage. Which I find very unfair. It also has no cooldown to dealing heavy bleeding damage either, so can assassinate an entire team in seconds if he is not focused. But wait! He can go invisible and just jump over walls and get away.

Lethality is so broken it's not even funny, most of the champions I've seen that are AD build only lethality. For people like I don't mind as that's basically all he needs and it's his job. And you can ACTUALLY catch him most of the time. ADC's just need lethality and they're basically an assassin themselves. 's ult can easily do 500x more damage than a usual ADC build would allow him. ' Q does more damage than a usual build would. And is the worst item I've ever seen.

Does anyone remember Sword of the Occult? I do, and I would love for the item to come back to be the Mejai's counterpart as I don't see why Mejai's still exists if SoO doesn't, it makes NO sense.

Why does need armour pen on his E? It's almost teed 4 hits for that armour penetration. Is it so he can build even more tank and not be killed at all? Probably. But then again since lethality exists, who needs armour? Might as well play the game as it's URF, full damage, who cares? It's just a game.

EDIT #1: Turrets are fucking useless before level 6, you should not be able to dive and have everyone live while you and 3 other's die.

I do really enjoy playing League of Legends, it's usually the only game I can play without listening to the game sound so I can listen to music. But this game has so many flaws that make it hard to play. You want to play top lane? Nope here's some bullshit to make your life harder. Want to play jungle? Nope, here's a jungler who can clear 500x faster than you AND one shot you at level 2. There can never be true balance because of the amount of champions there are and different team comps, etc. But there's far more other things you can nerf or buff instead of the champions themselves.

A little note about finishers, please make them exist in all gamemodes, they're cool.
