Add the option to see enemy summoner spells/ultimates

We have buff, baron, drake and execute indicators so we don't have to bookkeep and do math during the game. So an option to see the enemy summonerspells/ultimates would be a huge QoL improvement.

This would make it clear too everyone to play around those timers. This change would improve the quality of lower elo and make it easier for pro players so they don't have to bookkeep.

Season 10 can use this! :)

PS: This was suggested years ago too, but then ppl didn't even like the buff timers! Now that it has been in the game, people have learned to use and play around it which is core for league of legends today! So S10 can use an option to see enemy summoner spells/ultimates

I like the dragon/baron timers but summoners timer? No thank you, seriouly bad idea. You add in a timer for that and you take away another skill set that player would have as an asset to be good at the game.

Honestly, I never liked having the baron/dragon timers available to anyone. It was more interesting when you actually had to keep tabs on when they would be up, and it was a lot more satisfying stealing a dragon and the enemies not realizing it until they passed the pit a few minutes later (meaning they would have to increase their own vision there in order to find out when it would spawn).

I genuinely miss that part of league.

Alternatively, you get the sense of cool down timers over time as you play, you start figuring out windows where you can fight. Buffs and epics weren't really that important since your jungler HAD to know that timing or they were just bad, but everyone else ignored it. Everyone has to roughly know ult cooldowns, so we don't need any indicators.

Plus it would make every fight a "do they have ult? No? Fight" "Yes? Okay ignore fighting" See how that might make things really boring, if nobody ever fights?
