Make Ryalis 6-500 hp and 70 AP again?

Rylais was never meant to be a spammer mage item. It was meant for , for , not for people like and blatantly abusing it to be unaproachable.

, in particular, was practically balanced around the item, and nerfing it, rather than optimizing it towards his ilk and away from the likes of , would simply see the former trashed for no wrongdoing in their part.

Also, you risk losing the entire brazillian community if is seriously dumpstered.........not sure if that's a bad thing though.
