All tank items have had their stats re-balanced, anything with armor/MR now has ap and ad...
We decided that tanks are unhealthy for the game, because they lack "counterplay". So, we have decided to give them damage, damage, and damage. I mean, what more would you want out of a champion, than being able to instantly kill someone?

Right? Just remember instantly killing someone is unhealthy, so we are going to make them wait 1 second to do the rest of their damage.

Lol, honestly there isn't much for counterplay right now... you either get cc'd or nuked... sometimes both at the same time.
There is no real incombat regen (except lifesteal)
Also, not all roles have access to the same items. You want ms with damage we got you fam. You want tank MS items... only while out of combat... You want to negate all the items that the tank just purchased, here you go.
Meanwhile tanks. You got that item that counters adcs? You know tmail? Oh yea, I forgot, between lifesteal and armor pen, you get shit.
