so the chang to that item was meant to make it scale in order to open room for other support champ and allow other roles besides adc and supp to acutly play the game
but. pepole now are just rushing it again cause it's still busted and overlaoded item even when built early , can we rework this item? or change it more so it's built as a 4 or 3 item?
I rushed it from the beginning and I never stopped... It's not unbalanced, it's fair. Maybe even too weak...
A 2300 gold item with AP cooldown reduction shield enhancer, onhit effect and attack speed and movement speed. The hell?
Maybe give us a juggernaut item that enhances your movement speed, able to ignore cc, ad, armor, and shield pierce to balance it out eh? I'm kidding with this proposition, but they really need to raise the price of that item.
Ardent Censer is an item made for supports, whether they should rush it is debatable. One might then argue that Mages rush AA/Ludens, Marksmen rush IE/Rageblade, Assassins rush Duskblade. The item is specifically tailored to that class, I don't see the problem here?
