honestly this champ is beyond retarded , he makes every melle champ uselss for ever with his slows and cc and as if thats not bad she also got a movment speed and attack speed buffs +sheilds , i played a game against vayne + lulu bot lane they were getting shit on in lane vayne was 0/5 then she got 3kills here and there from our jgler, then she got a rage blade and lulu got an ardent canser and they legit 2v5 our whole team even tough we were all wining lanes , honestly this shit is stupid ,i crush lane in top lane only to get perma ccd by a stupid retarded champ that takes no skill to play

Her shield has pretty much 90% uptime. her W is 2,25 second of beeing ABSOLUTELY useless both offencively and defencively And her ult gives 500hp+ knocks people back.

She is balanced.

OHH she also has a 80% slow on a fast moving projectile :')

Also you say perma CC, but she only has an anti engage knockup, but a pretty damn good polymorph and slow.
