2600+2600+3400 =8600 on the pbe 3700+2800+1300 =7800 it's 800 less gold and a free true damage crits , without mentioning bt going from 3700 to 3500 and ga and maw buffs to make adcs tanky while dealing damage cause they now have crit true damage so they are allowed to build tanky , u only lose 15% as with the uncompleted zeal item

Why does everyone casually ignore the iE losing 50% crit damage and the 20% crit chance? Its still less damage than before for almost 1k gold more.
Adcs went from trash tier to good with a 100 gold decrease on zeal items and 200g decrease on IE on the old adc patch, now its going to be more expansive than the "ADC IN whatever year LUL" era.
Only thing tho is that they wont have the 50% extra crit damage so their crits will be considerably smaller, so their sustained damage and damage vs tanks will be higher but their burst will be reduced.
The ones this really hurts are

as the new IE doesn't work nearly as well with the crit the get naturally from their kits, plus being melee makes it a lot harder for them to keep up that sustained damage in a larger scale fight since they have to be on the front line.
