why not just remove ardent canser?

so as the title says, if this item is making alot of problems why not just remove it like other old items srsly this items is so problematic and it wasnt even known back then , no one gived a sht about it and it's clearly unbalanced and unhealthy for the game supports were good before this ardent meta they would buy wards or u get a full ap poke supp but it was atleast playable atleast for otherlanes cuz u can actuly touch the one dealing damage

, janna and other healing and sheilding supp isnt the prob but the items is ,i really dont know what's the point on having this item ,if u remove it prob the meta will be healthier , sorry for my bad english .
