I think riot should a game mode based on old patches

Where it's all the same except for one factor like items from a certain patch or old turrets. Heck, even pre-reworked champs.

As a relatively new player I see a lot of comments/threads saying old X was so much better and since I've never experienced these sort of things, I can't make a judgement. It also might dispel some of the rose tinted glasses some people have and reinforce what actually was good.

One thing I actually want to see is if towers were actually stronger back in the days or is it just everyone is so much stronger that towers can't keep up. So this can be a changeable factor.

Or how about pre rework sion which I've never got to experience or release day xin. Permaban kassadin? I want to experience what the old players did and who knows, maybe some things will make a comeback like certain items if they don't become broken in this gamemode.

Finally it will also allow riot to do ridiculous things that they wanted to try out without getting hated on too much (I hate it when people complain about them testing things on PBE thinking it will defo go to live.)
