Hey, so I was curious as to how ADC's, namely Lucian and Jhin, would be affected with these lethality stats. Would it still be cost efficient to get the Youmuu's and Black Cleaver for Lucian, and the Youmuu's and Duskblade for Jhin? Thanks!
Lethality is Armor penetration that scales with the opponents level. So now you can't just delete squishies within two seconds in the mid game. Building crit (as intended with ADC's) might become the norm after changed to those items.
I don't think (I might be wrong) Black Cleaver is changing, because it's a juggernaut item, not an assassin's.
It wouldn't be as snowbally as before (you'll only get about 10 flat armor pen when you rush Youmuu's), but that isn't to say it's gonna be a trash build.
