NEW MASTERY/RUNE: -X DMG against minions

Use this mastery or apply runes that decrease the amount of dmg u take from minions, why? you may try an offensive build that deals with applying early-game pressure, but minion aggro limits that... unless you equip these new runes/masteries now u can be happy applying early-game pressure.

This already exists and is called Tough Skin.

And for runes, you can just get some armor. It reduces minion damage.

In general, most of the damage you likely take isn't from minions, so these would probably end up being not very useful, anyways.
