Conquerer damage should scale off of health

I haven't given this much thought, but it makes sense to me. It really isn't healthy for a squishy to melt a tank in two seconds just because they've got the conquerer keystone. Also, if it scaled off of total or bonus health, it gives the original target champs the benefits they need.

so you are saying it should scale off the health of the champ with conqueror and not the enemy's hp?

so when darius has 3000+ hp he should get more damage from it like item 3748 ?

Are you referring to adcs? Yeah they are going to kill you in tw seconds because they build for it.

Atkspd, ad, crit, and penetration all contribute towards magnifying the damage you receive It is not just conqueror. If that was the case, everyone would be running it but there are many mor factors apart from the rune.

Dont just buy into things thinking it is a singular factor.

I'd say that Conqueror's true damage conversion should scale off the difference in Maximum Health between you and your target, like the Cut Down rune. Start at 10%, scaling up to 20% based on the difference in Maximum Health.

I'm not sure what good numbers would be for this, though, since a lot of the big Conqueror users get a bunch of Health on their itemization, to where their Max Health won't be that different from the tanks that Conqueror is supposed to help them win trades against until several items in.

Also, the true damage conversion should be adaptive, only affecting your primary damage type. Jax and Irelia already have a bunch of mixed damage, and mixed damage is already harder to itemize against. Conqueror shouldn't be doubling down on that.
