Why is my win rate for the past 20 games 35% for normals and 74% for ranked?
I am just wondering the process that goes on with matchmaking. I don't get why my teams always do so poorly in every normal game recently, but fairly well in ranked.

You will often play vs more skilled players in normals, also the queue time for is really short.
because its preseason. the serious people who ususally dont play normals are now jumping into these games. sicne normal mmr and ranked mmr is still separated for some reason, you get a mix of high ranked players and complete imcompetents in normals.
so the high ranked players are carrying the games against you. thats why youre losing a lot more.
