PLAY button on updated client for Mac users

Fairly frequently, my play button goes gray and it is unclickable. The only way to start a game after it goes gray is if I restart my client. This has been going on for a while now, but I've become annoyed. I am wondering if anyone else has this problem and if it is mac user specific?

I get the same thing intermittently on Windows PC.
