1 Free Queue Dodge Per Patch

Hi, I'd just like to start off by saying that this is just an idea, and it is probably not the best solution, but at least its a step in the right direction. I know I'm not just speaking for myself when I say that sometimes we wish we wouldn't have played a game with a certain toxic player or troll. I've played a bunch of games with insta-lockers who ruin the game for everyone. I've played games with people who troll during champion select. Iv'e also played games where people drop major disrespect and toxicity while in champion select. And the saddest thing is that the behavior that these people show before game, carries on through out the game. Sometimes it is very easy to tell if you're going to have a very bad game because a teammate gives you these types of hints before the game even starts. This is when you ask yourself, "Do I want to dodge?" The wait time for dodging is not too bad, but sometimes, you really cant wait, or maybe you've dodged recently and your wait time is out of hand. So, for this reason, I suggest being allowed to dodge at least once every patch release. It would be a good safety net to have, and since its just once per patch, It will be difficult to abuse. Again, this is just my idea and it could be a bad one, or it could be good. It's definitely one way to deal with some of the negative members of the community. I hardly come across negative members of the League community, but when I do, I really just wish something like this exists.
