Oh Jesus ADC buffs, the sky is falling!

ADCs are getting a universal, net 13 AD nerf to their level 18 damage. That's in addition to most of the raw AD Masteries biting the dust. That's in addition to auto-attack focused items losing 10-15 AD and no small amount of IAS all over the place. That's in addition to Whisper being swapped to bonus %Pen, which is a kick in the DPS balls against anything that isn't tanky as hell.

In exchange for this beat-down on raw stats, ADCs are getting buffs to their kits so they universally feel like champions rather than a bundle of items strapped to some generic mook.

This is a good direction to take.

More kit power plus less item power equal more unique champions to chose from. And if individual ADCs are too strong, then they'll get nerfed. It isn't a big deal.

You know melee players need to QQ whenever something else than bruisers/tanks get buffed.

Yeah and when ADC are out of control and the "Assassin" update happens those ADC tears will be sweet.

That new Deathdance item or whatever it's called is going to be pretty great on AD Assassins, multi-target damage or no. Making yourself more resistant to burst is a pretty big deal.
