Return of Blue build. Blue Build 2.0

Get whenever

That's your core. After so you decide if you need or not, if you don't grab / then grab , then build whatever you think you need.

Go 21/9/0 or 21/8/1 (The 1 being that recall skill, I kind of like it.)

Runes are basic

Reds: 9x AD Yellows: 5x Flat HP and 4x Armor/9x Armor Blues: 5x Flat Magic resist and 4x Mana Regain Quints: 3x Life Steal/3x Armorpen/1x AD and 2x Atk Spd/3x Atk Spd/3x AD

This build is weaker early game, but stronger Mid and Late game in my opinion. Activate Muramana when you're about to fight champs or about to fight for an objective (Drag/Baron/Blue/Red). Don't use Muramana on Minions, it's a waste of mana. Unless you must save a tower or something dire.

Why have tear and Essence Reaver? You could substitute one of the two for a much more powerful item/ attackspeed+crit item.

Also Icebourne + Trinity kinda negates itself with the spell blades not stacking. Opt for either one or the other. Since you're going "blue" Ez, Trinity shouldn't be in the equasion. The whole point of Blue is to be able to kite/spam spells over and over.

I think the original blue ez build would work and replace the spirit item with the essence reaver and then at some point you can choosse to swap out the manamune for something that give him a bit more sustain/kiting potential like a zephyr/frozen mallet or a defensive item like guardians angel

The / means or. Also Having muramana and Essence Reaver makes you have more damage. Since Muramana has more damage for more current mana you have and Essence Reaver gives you more current mana.

No, manamune/muramana give you bonus ad based on your maximum mana, not your current. And blue ez doesn't build tri force because the gauntlets give you CDR and more mana. Although running item 3004 item 3025 item 3158 item 3153 item 3035 item 3508 would probably give you more damage output for the higher ad value, and restoring mana per hit. allowing you to use your toggle on muramana more often in extended trades.

While a lot of the time I do like running IBG. There are times when you straight up should take triforce. Like vs'ing a Yi: Triforce might be a better choice.

It would be worth a try, the only thing about these builds is the lack of cost efficiency. The whole point of Blue was that with the old spirit item ez could farm faster and be able to steam roll and get items faster to complete the build and out trade. The cost of this current build would be way too long for it to be effective.

Essentially you'd have to go Tear first, then a damage item of some sort probably a sheen or vamp scepter. However both of those build paths costs way too much. The logical step is to get the last whisper then go for boots. Either way it's just too slow of a build unless you get some really early kills.

The few times i have built blue ez lately i have cut the Manamune and gone IBG, Essence Reaver, LW and BoTRK and it has worked out well.
