Hey Riot, have you guys considered giving Koggy's Ult smoother execute ramping?

Something like 5% bonus damage for each 1% of their max HP the target is missing, maxing out at +200% damage at 80% of their HP missing (down from 75%)? That would set the insta-gib threshold a little lower, but it would make the bonus damage WAY more practical than it is right now.
