I took tryn top, the enemy counterpicked Aatrox. There was nothing I can do all lane phase. My jungler refuses to come top. He shoves up to my turret, but I can't even AA at the risk of eating his knock-up. He outsustain, out damages, out kites. I don't think there's a harder stat check champ against trynamere than Aatrox. Tryn players, how do you lane against him without ally jungle help?

That's kinda what you get when you opt for stat-checks, invulnerability, and ease instead of versatility with more difficulty.

But it's pretty easy. Tank his first Q since it deals the least damage, but do try to walk in close if you can. Wait to E into his second Q to get in close and avoid the sweet spot, then W to reduce the damage of his third Q.

Your spin should allow you to avoid his knock up most of the time, you just need to be quick about it. It is a hard matchup in lane though, I agree. It's not the hardest, even stat check wise though for Trynd, I think Tahm Kench is a much more annoying matchup.

Just one dude's advice, not saying this is gospel - - honestly just wait him out. Get whatever CS you can (probably not much) under tower, use your Q heal whenever appropriate, try not to take bad trades. Buy tabis early and maybe a cutlass for sustain, and keep your chin up.

Eventually you turn into a split pushing monster and you can just pressure whatever side lane he's not in. Take teleport. Tryndamere destroys turrets late even if he was behind. Try to out rotate him, buy lots of vision, and just try to be wherever he isn't.

Take jungle camps when you're too pushed in or can't farm, look for a roam on mid or with your jungler to get some kill/assist gold there.

Even if you lose the lane and your turret and you're just getting pushed all game, you can at least delay it by existing and trying to get CS.

A good jungler will see what's going on and help you out. A good mid laner will see what's going on and help you out. If you don't have a good jungler or mid laner, you did your best and that's all you can expect of yourself -- gg, go next.

pfft...to beat trox as tryn, stack your fury bar and go full ham. If you're sitting on top of him, his 1st two qs don't knockup or deal that much damage. As long as you reduce the damage of the 3rd one, it wont matter, and your crit damage from passive + q pretty much autowins if he isn't able to kite you.
