Feedback on Twitch Nerf? Please?

Making his stealth worse when it's already not very good. I just can't see a justifiable reason other than, "Here at Riot we don't really like twitch, so we just make him sub-par compared to the meta adc's" This is sort of my griping/complaining, but I know he'll never be as good as he used to/should be. I just want to know Why.

On a related note, I'd love to see a twitch rework, his kit is supremely outdated and it makes me sad to look at.

If you want my opinion if they don't buff him after/with this nerf he's going to enter a level of unplayability never seen before.
