Shen's base movespeed is kinda low. 335/ Consider bumping it up to 340?

A really good question for everyone's favorite lifesaver/ splitpusher. It would be an awesome quality of life adjustment This champion does his job great but with each new champion that comes out this guy continues to feel more and more outdated. 5 movespeed wouldn't suddenly put him in god tier but it would certainly help both roles that he's mainly featured in top and jungle.
