Patience system adjust on Red Buff

Back before Patience was a thing, it used to be that you could throw an ability over the wall to red, and it would hit and pull it to start walking into the bush. After the Patience change though, now often enough it won't happen, because it drains out too fast. Where as most camps seem to have extended the range they can go from their start, Red seems to have been heavily restricted. Considering how it is the higher risk to steal buff in the first place because of how deep it is in the jungle compared to blue, why does it also have a significantly reduced range you can even start a fight on it from?

If you don't have a quick and easy wall hop to hop dragon/baron wall, stealing red is almost never worth it unless you know the enemy is going to be out of the area for a LONG time, either because you can actively see them ganking/doing something else in another lane, or they have just died and won't be able to get there in time. Can we just get a slight increase in the duration before buffs start to drain out their patience?
