Flat HP seals still a bit too much
Flat HP seals are used Alot in support / mid and they cost way too much still compared to armor seals

You should look to pickup scaling health for mid.
216 scaling health outscales the flat 64 health pretty quick
at this point, it might be better you pick gold generating for sup glyphs. all the spiraling out of control leth and ad kinda making tanking runes useless.
