Pulse fire ezreal need a touch up
I've seen it in game recently and i just thought to myself "is that actaully a ultimate skin?"

Yeah it's horribly outdated. One assumes they won't touch it until they give ez a full visual update though :/
It's not great nope. But its far from the worst ultimate. Annie In Wonderland, Magnificnet TF, etc. have nothing but new textures. Ezreal has new model, particles, changes on level, maybe new sounds idk, and new emotes.
