Cass's Miasma doesn't grant vision

Hi Riot (@RiotRepertoire, @Meddler, etc), Cass feels better after this last patch (although my personal preference is still for the pre-6.9 mechanics). Thanks for making the changes to Miasma and Twin Fang. I was able to cast Miasma over terrain, but it didn't grant vision - I think this needs to be fixed.
