Dorans shield is waay too strong, stronger than 9 health potion sustain

Dorans shield is at the moment incredibly strong. Not only does it improve regen to insane levels, you don't really lose anything when trading with other champions either. You would think that dorans blade would be a more offensive option, but doran's shield negates the boost of dorans blade by a lot considering the healing dorans shield gives.

The item is just far too good, it's stupid to see AP midlaners and ADCs build an item intended for weaker melee toplaners vs ranged champions (or harass). People are calling Jayce or Galio a lane bully, but they are not so much anymore due to this item being so insanely strong.

Sustain overall is too high and sustain items are too cheap as well. Vampiric scepter is only 900 gold but it gives 15 AD 10% lifesteal. Pickaxe gives 25AD and is 875 gold. It's rather obvious that the vampiric scepter is superior.
