armor = useless stat?
A ninja tabi is giving more reduction in a lot of cases than a thornmail or randuins omen does lol. What's up with the buff to last whisper though? make armor of enemy useless for just 1050 gold? It's overpowered.

Buying 50-100 armor is very useful in making lethality not deadly but making last whisper not back breaking.
Not really, it reduces only auto attack damage with its passive, not abilities which makes up most of lethality builders' damage. the 30 armor obviously isn't much, its just more efficient of an item for champions who can't afford to build an entire armor item
last whisper is only really strong if they are building armor if they are not its a waste of gold
