Every season you do these stupid ridiculous buffs that make no sense whatsoever. Last patch it was trinity rework which immensely buffed an already quite powerful top laner, Irelia and made her broken. Everyone said it before the patch.

Now this patch you have the amazing idea to buff ADC power to even higher levels! It's ridiculous because this season has been completely dominated by ADC's thanks to kindred and graves. Not to mention how overpowered kog was for a big part of this season or lucian. ADC's had the most impact on any game this season, how did this guy come to the conclusion that ADC's needed a buff? They did not. They are the most important lane, as is observed in high ELO where everyone just picks TF because he wins the bot lane and won bot lane usually means won game. It doesn't matter much anymore after top lane nerfs if you got a fed tank since black cleaver buff + sunfire nerf made their performance significantly worse.

Previous season we had the cinderhulk crap, now we have no balance whatsoever in the jungle for the entire season(again) and cinderhulk crap.
