Sion W change (PBE)

Riot seems to want to buff Sion.

The W changes are very nice, but it kind of fails to address the issues with Sion. A big issue that he has (especially in competitive play) is that he is very inconsistent and simply dashes counter him. He used to be able to use his W as a pressure tool in lane, or defensively. It gave much more life (10%, instead of current 6%) and had a 2 second countdown timer instead of 3 seconds. So it was really easy to get it off if you landed your EQ combo. But now it's not that easy anymore.

His itemization is also pretty bad (what are you actually supposed to build on him as 1st item?). He has mixed magic damage and a lot of physical damage. But the physical damage is all on an ability not on auto attacks. Problem is that almost all items scale with auto attacks (sion is not an auto attacker).
