An adc worth is detemined by how well team fight they are and if they can take towers fast
the best ADC for this are 
they can siege very well and have good team fight
trist is the safest choice which brings u nice tower damage and self peel
i think shes is freelo at the moment because the faster u take towers the faster u can snowball leads

so why do you think it was the opposite when the champ was the same and the jungle was the same? 50% in patch 6.18. 2 patches later he was at 56%.

Kog maw and corki have not received anything to move anywhere. The meta didnt even shift in their favor. Trist never went down because she was never even a good pick to begin with..
