Am I the only one that like the new thornmail?

I find it way more useful than the old one since the extra utility does a better job at being anti-adc than damage reflect, since by lategame adcs would've either have enough sustain or an anti-old thornmail item. I had it work really well on and . Furthermore, it synergizes with . It's actually one of my staples on malphite with a regular build being something like .

Anyone else have success with new thornmail? I might think of slapping it on tank shaco and see how that goes.

Now I only have to buy item 3076 to counter draven instead of item 3123 + stacking a shitton of armor.

I just hate grievous wounds in general, and how easy it is to buy. Main because ADC's are the only ones with broken amounts of sustain but everyone else gets hit because of 800 gold grievous wound items and hyper efficient mana AP grievous wound items.

item 3165 Would only activate grevious wound effect if the enemy is lower than 35% hp and hit with magic damage. item 3156 would be the adc counter item for it. It's very hard to hit an adc to have them below 35% but above 30% health. Say a regular adc would have one lifesteal item which is about 15% life steal, once maw activates, they would have 25% lifesteal or still 15% after the grevious wound affect is applied. item 3165 is more useful for the stats it provides compared to the wound debuff.

I won't say adc are the only ones with ridiculous amount of sustain. XinZhao + item 3124 item 3065 item 3153 allows him to solo baron with just three items. Can an adc do that?
