I mostly really like the new Vlad, but crimson rush could use some work to feel good.

If you are going to make the passive on his 3rd Q such an important part of his gameplay, and keep it as telegraphed as it is, Vlad needs to be straight exploding with movespeed for the couple seconds it is up. The tiny amount he gets does not get the job done at all.

Think like how Ryze passive movespeed works, that guy goes FAST when his window of power is up. It feels good. Vlad's on the other hand is barely noticeable.

Not trying to compare Ryze and Vlad for any real balance purposes, just using Ryze as an example of a similar short term and predictable buff that actually feels strong as opposed to Vlads.

The new Vlad sucks so badly.. wow let me charge up my E for an entire 1.5 seconds for a slow. Oh wait, I build Rylai's on vlad.. so why do I need to slow myself in order to put a slow on them? Oh well that's okay I can heal from them with my Q.. oh wait the q heal sucks ass unless I use the 2 second window Q, where anyone with a brain will walk away until it's gone.

TL;DR new vlad sucks so bad. They dropped the ball BIG TIME.

Matter of fact, I don't think they even walked out to the court with the ball.

Vlad feels underwhelming due to his changed feeling and how he looks. Let me explain. Old Vladimir had a very fluid kit, with smooth animations, he felt like he was graceful. Current Vlad is MUCH harsher in his animations, he's ripping and tearing through things, but the damage is roughly the same. As for the actual abilities, the window of time for crimson rush is frenetically expressed, it is bright, it's powerful, it's something you WANT to happen, but it's also constantly shown draining in your buff bar. This I think could be a color issue, red is a more aggressive color, so it's going to be stressful. The urgency of the timer makes his q feel underwhelming, since the reward isn't as big as it should feel. I could do an entire essay on these topics, but I won't XD
