I'd like to see the stun go down instantly on the portion closest to Veigar, and then close into a complete circle over the current delay time. That takes away the crazy extremely huge instant engage range it had before while still making it a useful "oh shit" defensive option.
Good idea. Unfortunately it's already been said a while ago and nothing has happened. It would appear Veigar been labeled "good enough" by Riot.

Sadly Riot seems to want a broken and battered version of Veigar in the game vs a usefull one .... I almost feel sorry when i see one on enemy team.... then I eat them repeatedly since they cant do a thing about it.
