Depends on a couple of things.
Fervor is still pretty good in general, and if you can keep it stacked during sieges it's pretty good. I don't know if Q will give two sticks per champ hit (one as an on-hit, one as an ability), but I think it's still decent.
Warlord's is pretty decent if you build crit, which will be encouraged if you go ER / TF since in the next patch you need to build more crit to get your CDR capped (I'm going to try ER - TF - IE next patch, see if I like it). Overall standard but fine.
Thunderlord's is hard to proc but is pretty okay; you can proc it with just Q's over and over again so it has value in sieges. The hybrid pen mastery should be good on Ez especially since it's getting buffed (for some reason), but holy shit the CDR would be fun. Probably not worth, but fun.
I'll probably stick with Fervor, especially if it double stacks on Q, but I don't know either. I'll probably at least try Thunderlord's; it's good on practically every champion anyways and it's getting it's AD ratio buffed (or was it buffed this patch? I don't remember). Ez was super good so far this preseason IMO with Fervor, but the nerf is pretty significant so I think he's going to be in a weak spot again.
