The Heimerdinger rework has been live for almost four years
and the bugged visuals of the Apex Turret attacks still haven't been fixed.
Could someone get around to that?

It happens with the small turrets too.
They just changed his passive like a month ago.
Patch 3.13.
October 2013.
Heimerdinger Rework.
I don't think I ever played the one before that time. I didn't buy him until this year and then they changed the passive on me. I'm okay with it though, it seemed weird that he would have a supportive passive anyway. Was his old kit including more support abilities?
His old kit was basically the same in concept. Turrets didn't have a laser to charge up and just did their basic attack, you couldn't aim your rockets and it would be a lock on to any target within a certain range, somewhat like old Soraka Q. His old E was still the grenade but I believe all it did was blind or stun if you hit with the center. His R was an upgrade to all his abilities for a short time, his turrets attacked faster, W did more damage, E traveled faster (IIRC).
Oh, I see, so it look like his update was a decent one then on the whole. I still don't get though exactly what the bugged animations are about.
Sometimes, the bullets and lasers on the apex turret simply don't show up.
The turret will fire the projecctiles, and the target will take damage, but the projectiles won't be visible
The normal turrets have bugs too; appearing to fire at a target across the map (visual only) or just spamming the fire animation when nothing is in range.
the old heimer e was a meme, if you actually hit it you won the team fight but you never would.
Just a correction, his ult made his turret attacks slow enemies, and it made his W have more targets (I think from 3 to 5?).
No, he had pretty much the same abilities, just outdated. His old passive worked on turrets, and that was its use: he could heal his own turrets and even rift towers and this was to augment his sieging capability. Being able to heal allies was just an extra.
