The crit item changes are overall nerfs to people who want to Rush IE.

Basically all the atk spd crit items prices are increased by 100, and IE/ER price is reduced by 100.

Most people who want to rush IE (Tristana, Caitlyn, etc.) usually get 2 Attack Speed crit items

So that means the current build: IE, Hurricane, and Shiv/RFC

Currently Costs: 8,800 Gold After the changes Costs: 8.900 Gold

These Champions are not in the best spot too, excluding Caitlyn.

Caitlyn is not really in a super great spot either, I mean she is better but could be better. She is only strong if people step on her traps, and there are COUNTLESS team comps/ strategies that prevent people from ever touching them lol and yes she can set up a fortress but i mean, in those cases the enemies just need to shove another lane...Caitlyn could still use some changes imo

Problem is some champions have specific synergy with crit, like they're giving Lucian's ult the ability to crit for 150% for each individual shot, MF's ult already does this, Cait's headshots, etc. Now that Riot's trying to push ADs away from Ghostblade, if that eventually happens those champions will be pretty trash.
