Riot logic: Giving leavers LP penalty messes up system (DELETED TWICE CAUSE OF TRUTH)

I am unsure if the moderator thought i was negative, but I wasn't if they actually read my post. My previous post got deleted This time I will try to be as factual as possible Everything I say is intended for Ranked play only

Riot does not give an LP punishment to leavers.(aside from normal loss)

Leavers Gain MMR if their Team wins even if they have contributed NOTHING to the game

Riot gives an LP punishment to QueUE dodgers, but not leavers.

Riot logic : "If your team wins, you will gain points; if your team loses, you will lose points. Whether you are in the game at the end is irrelevant to this outcome. If we gave you a penalty even if they won, we would be "deflating" the entire system of ratings over time, causing new players to possibly run into professional players eventually."

^that will never happen, unless pros just decide to frequently leave all the time, like its acceptable or something

Also I think being in the game at the end can be pretty relevant to an outcome.

I would also rally for a ban system in which there is a zero tolerance policy on ranked leavers. This would include a very light slap on the wrist 30 minute ban for first time offense, and steeply go up in duration to say a max of maybe two weeks from ranked play if someone repeatedly leaves ranked. (keep in mind they will still be able to play normals) If a user plays some agreed number of games (maybe 10-20 ranked games w/o leaving) then their punishment should go back down to that of a first offender.

A fix to the report system is needed too. Riot should limit the # of reports a player has based on the number of games they have played, so everyone cant just report everyone. Also Riot should punish false reports. Limiting report number, and punishing false reports will increase report quality.

Another solution to toxic players should be a sub forum similar to the tribunal in which summoners post screenshots or chat logs of very toxic players they have played with. (must have evidence) This will relieve many frustrations people have when playing with a severe troll, and give them a sense of accomplishment and relief knowing that the extreme toxic will most likely get banned. There have been several occasions where I have opened a riot support ticket just because i got extremely trolled. A rioter, should then browse this subforum with a ban hammer, banning these accounts or restricting them after one last official review.
