Flex Queue is so awesome
I just love getting put into absolutely unwinnable games.
To the designer(s) of this queue, if you think that this is acceptable matchmaking, please quit your job and never work in competitive matchmaking design again.

its not so much the person who made the match making systems fault, its that they reset everyone to a ground 0 baseline mmr, essentially challenger players had the same MMR as bronze 5 players for the first game.

Why?
Because FlexQ is literally DynamicQ renamed. Absolutely nothing at all is changed, just the name.
Right now pretty much anyone below Challenger/Master/High Diamond is sitting pretty much as default MMR. God knows why they did a hard reset on Flex/Dynamic Q.
