I did not really think about it but now that I thought about it I need some advice for masteries...

I personally would say 0/12/18 is the way to go for him. Keystone should be bond of stone or strength of ages. Ferocity tree is meh for him, and none of the cunning tree key stones fit well on him. Going 12 into cunning does give you access to meditation which can help solve his mana issues somewhat.
