Soon Brand will be on perma-banned/picked status

Seeing him resurge in popularity has once again reminded me that his Q's hitbox is fucking retarded Seriously, it's almost as bad as a Thresh Q

Every Brand I've played against so far has just been a Brand. Yeah, he hurts if he does his stuff, but he's immobile, his ranged attacks are very dodgeable, and his targetted stuff is all short ranged. Not having problems with him myself.

Brand has been at a 54% winrate forever (the boards CJ has been to busy whining about Lux to notice).

Brand got buffed hardcore with Deathfire Touch, mana regeneration and mana increase, and Eye of The Watcher (hence why Brand support is now a huge thing).

Brand already had a cheesy interaction with Liandry's Torment and Ryali's Crystal Scepter. It just got stockpiled with itemization and mastery changes. He's an outlier that Riot should've definitely saw coming, but I assume they were too busy laughing about people crying about Lux being OP to care.

It's pretty hard to be useless as Brand, since all you have to do is manage to cast all 4 spells in a team fight before you die.

Doesnt really matter how far behind you are, you still do a fuckton of damage.

Brand needs his MS chunked, he has 340 base movement speed which is retarded... for reference; Syndra has 330 base MS.

He just has too much counterplay to become permabanned. I think just about every assassin counters him and that isn't even including the other mid lane picks he struggles against. He's basically the ideal form of the high damage, low mobility mage.
