I wonder why so many of these champs don't get nerfs, mostly have a win rate of over 50%, and a higher than average ban rate.... HMMMMMMMMMMM

At least he didn't put Yasuo in his list. Although I'd say Teemo raises more fo an eyebrow than Riven does.

I haven't played much this patch, but I get put with a teemo ~1-2 times a week and he is always just annoying. Riven is on there for being someone you don't have to know how to play league with, kinda like Fiora.
