Arselyn's Sivir VS Most Frequent Core's Sivir VS Highest Win % Core's Sivir
First of all i cant say the best title for this but i hope others would find it and put in their word into this still. Now here a fair warning to you all before you come in and dis' me in my build, runes and masteries and talk about how bad my build is, this is my play-style and i prefer to use this over the other build. My reasons and explanations for this build will be explain in the best way i can put it without making it seem like it a troll (cause trust me it not, please put some faith into me).
Now this post is gonna be in order from common build, highest build and my build. This will go the same for Runes and Masteries. Alright in order we will start with Runes, Masteries then Builds.
Masteries
- Common * 18 Ferocity -- 5- fury, fresh blood, 1- vampirism, 4- natural talents, battle trance, 5- battering blows, and warlords bloodlust. * 0 Cunning -- (none) * 12 Resolve -- 5 - recovery, tough skin, 5- scar, and fearless.
- Highest * 18 Ferocity -- 5- fury, feast, 5- vampirism, bounty hunter, 5- battering blows, and warlords bloodlust. * 12 Cunning -- 5- wanderer, secret stash, 5- merciless, and dangerous game * 0 Resolve -- (none)
- Mine * 18 Ferocity -- 5 sorcery, feast, 5- natural talents, double edged sword, 5- battering blows, and death fire touch. * 0 Cunning -- (none) * 12 Resolve -- 5- unyielding, explorer, 5- runic armor, and fearless.
---->Conclusion all contain a good set of lifesteal good in sustain however lack in surviving burst, only common and my build have fearless, which will help against assassins and mages from burst damage every 9 seconds. Yes the highest one has cunning which will help early game due to secret stash, but late game it don't do much besides the elixirs lasting about 10% longer and merciless giving slight more damage when their hp low damage.
runes
- common
- 9x Greater Mark of Attack Damage +0.95 attack damage
- 9x Greater Glyph of Magic Resist +1.34 magic resist
- 9x Greater Seal of Armor +1 armor
- 3x Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed +4.5% attack speed

- mine *9x Greater Mark of Attack Damage +0.95 attack damage *9x Greater Glyph of ability power +1.19 ability power *9x Greater Seal of attack speed +0.76% attack speed *3x Greater Quintessence of movement speed +1.5%
---->total bonus stats (runes) Common----> 8.5 bonus attack damage, 12.06 magic resistance, 9 armor, 13.5% attack speed Highest----> 10.75 bonus attack damage, 1.44 magic resistance at level 1 to 27 at max level, 9 armor, 9% attack speed/ Mine----> 8.5 bonus attack damage, 10.71 magic resistance, 6.8% attack speed, 4.5% movement speed
Conclusion Common has the usual states given, attack damage for minions, 12 magic resistance for surviving early magic damage, and same with armor for attack damage. Highest sacrifice a bit of early game magic resistance to gain more magic resistance late game, has slightly more attack damage in exchange for less defense. Mine has no defense however has a usual amount of AD, way less of attack speed, But now with ability power and mobility.
Build path in this path I'm grabbing the most common set of build, this wont include items that are optional, just the usual 6 build on a usual common build for a sivir, starting with starting item then final build in order.

----->conclusions of builds while common did stand for the highest raw damage, highest has the highest critical and attack speed with the right type of lifesteal need to keep her alive in battle, blood thurster helps with sustain on auto attack, but not on ability, while death dance helps through both auto attack and ability, which is why it good on Sivir cause she is hitting all her abilities. In most case if your getting damage while your abilities are up, you will most likely heal from all the damage they deal. so while highest stands out in that spectrum mine stands out in pure damage and mobility. black cleaver, ghostblade and phantom dancer all contain movement speed which works almost perfectly, Sivir passive gives more flat mobility when damaging an enemy champion, same goes to black cleaver, so having those two with the enhancing 5% then increasing that into 12% when you damage an enemy will make you the kiting queen (or king since I'm a male). It also provide the same amount of attack speed and cooldown reduction from common's build, and the lifesteal power from highest's build which will be better since black cleaver and ghostblade are penetration items which will help with tanky and deal more to squishy.
---->final conclusion Now here's a questions for you, out of all all of the builds i show, which will proved the most damage in physical? you would think the one with the highest attack damage would be the one right? well a lot of math comes into play, and no I didn't do a full math for the range of armor, but provided the fact that at the start of the battle if your fighting against a tank alone with the combo of Auto, Boomerang Blade (Q) it going towards the enemy at this time), Auto, Ricochet (E), and then Boomerang Blade (Q it coming back). you would say that highest would do the more damage cause they have a better chance at this, since it 3 AA. And i don't disagree and most likely you are right, but provided that it is bonus armor not the whole armor itself, my build will soon over triumph over that since you have a total of 31% armor (blackcleaver and battering blows) plus 18 leathality would make it deal a lot of more physical damage then the highest's damage. you have no ideal how strong this build is, as it does provide so much in the late game. Now you also know how much movement speed usually most Sivir gets right, for common's set they get 481.6 (i don't know if it rounds up), highest's set gets 473, and mine's set gets (without killed unit) 535.9 (holy ****, that much? that not including the bush bonus or unit killed, which max it at 553.375). This of course don't include the active of ghost blade nor her ultimate On the Hunt, which is a total of 80% which decay to 40%. now the final question that your all asking, why death fire touch? Well it simple, i have a lot damage over time and thanks to the small amount of Ability Power and a good amount of Bonus Attack Damage I have, it makes death fire touch useful, on top of the fact it is magic damage over ALL the enemy team, unlike thunderlords which only works on one enemy champion and it require 3 hit proc which is hard to do for Sivir early game, this also provides a flat amount of damage over all, which is good to have anyways on a Sivir since her damage on her Boomerang Blade (Q) will deal less damage as it goes through enemies (40% reduced damage) and her Ricochet (E) will do the same too, don't forget the fact that sorcery "Sorcery's damage amplification applies to all active abilities, including the bonus damage from enhanced basic attacks and abilities that apply on-hit effects." which is good, in fact i was thinking of using this scorcery for master Yi cause it increases his Q and E which is good in my opinion then it is for 4% increase of attack speed. Also i got one more thing to say, the winrate of common, highest, and mine are different, lets take a look. Even i wasn't able to get the physical fact of their win rate, the link above gives a winrate in the separate individual, so while they give that, i give my winrate here, over just the simple 10 games i play with her figuring her out (cause i only played her 10 times) is 60% right now, now if you think about it this is the time over rank games, 1 win was with common and the 5 wins was with my build runes and mastery. Now think about what will happen if i get 100 games with Sivir, i could obviously be maybe at a 60% still maybe, but i can manage her damage more efficiently, and kite a lot better at this time. Remember practice makes perfect, and with this build i can do many things to help others and myself to increase my win rate.
Well that all i got, if you read this far i would like to say thank you for your time, and comment below, i spent at least passively 20 hours bringing up many information, even though i give only one link i look over other information and it shows that it not efficient in gathering the build information and the right type of players as this one did. Also here a link right here for my information and before you look and say bad things cause of my ranked, I'm here showing ALL the stats and the math for them, so if your still calling me out "oh your build only work if your in bronze" and all, be sure to check my stuff and do the math for yourself, cause last time I check for Sivir she is a generalist that also specialize in dealing a lot of AoE damage with really high mobility to kite others. So you can decide what build, runes and masteries and all on her, cause it is my opinion and it MY play style when it comes to ADC, which is staying back and utilize myself to deal damage and kite myself so i can live to deal more damage which is vital in my opinion.
