Finally Silver 5

yo hello, got a quick question, cause this is confusing me alot. i played about 4 games now, all that i lose and i am at 0 to start with, i want to know how much does it take to return back to bronze 1 if i keep failing to win, and why is it that EVERY SINGLE GOD DANG SILVER PLAYER BEING WORSE THEN BRONZE, like ffs in bronze there ACTUAL PLAYERS WHO CAN CARRY, but in this elo it more salty players and more players playing some mess up off meta. why do i get bad teams and why does the other team have a good team
