[GAMEPLAY] FPS issues on the latest patch

I doubt I'm the only one who's experienced this, but I've played a few games since the latest patch, 5.8?, went live, and I will say I'm very upset about 1 thing in particular. My normal framerate of mid 30s in lane has been shot down to about 15 average. 30s with drops into 20s is playable, 10-15 is not.

Riot, please look into this, I don't want to have to miss out on this game for a while just because you borked something up. And yes, i made sure nothing was running in the background.
