This is what is wrong with ARAM. Somehow it is always a Premade, and somehow, despite it being 'Random' they INVARIABLY end up with a team comp like this:

This is the fundamental issue with ARAM. Somehow, despite claims that it is actually random, teams pop up constantly with 4-5 of the top 10 ARAM champions. By constantly I mean every 3-4 games.

Pinhead Boi1 votesMaybe that's because veigar and teemo aren't tank, but simply cc champs. Maokai players usually build tank, which makes it an easier win.
Bigrig1072 votesThat’s because there are ARAM only accounts out there. They only buy the champs that are good on ARAM, and then just have fun smashing the other team on their mains.
It’s not an easily solveable problem, so it’ll likely continue to happen. Not much that can be done about it.
tiranitar08092 votesLMAO "Not much that can be done about it" ... make all champions able in ARAM (regardless if you own the champion or not - this is only for ARAM ) and you fixed the problem with the crazy % chance to get all cancer champions on one team ... let's say you wanna 5 champions that we consider as "cancer" in ARAM the chance to get them is 5 of 140 or 3,57% to get ( this is for one player ) this is a solution only for more versatility in game and don't say what if I don't wanna play or I don't know to play that champion ... my question to you then is why are you playing ARAM then. Have nice day

I love ARAM. Because the RNG dictates more games than dumb teammate mistakes do, it's a break from responsibility and tilting at people. Even if they do throw it's no big deal because it's just aram.
And it's not a nail in the coffin to go vs an S tier team like that. It really isn't. Winning against them are the most satisfying victories.
And TBH, outside of ARAM only accounts, I feel there are a lot of S-tier champions that are just.. popular. TBH I consider Tristana as S tier herself. Played correctly neither Blitz nor Veigar should be able to CC you or Vayne.
