Does the new 
passive spawn plants outside of the bush if you are in it? I like to set ambushes when playing her, and this could harm her potential to do so if this is the case.
Also, since she is a very vulnerable champion, it could make her reveal her position if she is hiding or recalling.
I would suggest making seeds spawn within the bush as long as Zyra is in it as well.

Or a very awkward moment when you're trying to recall with low health in the bush and your seeds spawns outside saying "Fresh vegetables inside, on sale 90% discount".
