I think a lot of us appreciate these buffs/changes, it looks like Elise will finally have her place as a duelist now, and a lot of AP junglers (Diana, Akali, Nid, Nid, Ekko) are going to benefit from these changes. I know I sound a bit sarcastic, but still, props to you Riot, overall good change.

Karthus still autoattacks on occasion and will be able to keep his Defile up even longer

Fiddle has the highest winrate in the game right now, if he loses 10% CDR and 40 AP it won't kill him. Stop overreacting.

i just think before buffing elise like they are, they should wait to see how she is with runeglaive first. im terrified she's gonna come out of the gate insanely strong and get nerfed into trash tier like warwick did with devourer+red smite.
